The ability to balance can be learned. In this online workshop, we will harness the skills, practices and “tricks” of yoga to build greater stability. We will not only practice several yoga postures designed to improve balance and stability, but will incorporate related skills and exercises as we safely build up to the postures. Creative ways to integrate balance-training in your everyday life will be included. The instructor offers modifications for the practices and postures so that they are accessible to any level of student.
