Help reverse the patterns of postural aging while building bones, stretching and strengthening muscles and tendons, and lengthening and strengthening the spine. Simple yet thorough, all exercises are done lying on our backs, stomachs and sides.
Bolsters and blankets are used for support, as needed, to modify the postures and make you comfortable. Learn yoga deep breathing and some simple mantras while doing the stretches and postures. The workshop ends with a deep and restorative relaxation. Includes a handout detailing exercises and postures you can practice at home.
